Urnebes

Urnebes, meaning “chaos” in Serbian, is a fiery cheese spread made with paprika and chili — perfect for those who like heat with their meal.

Ingredients:

• 200 g feta or white cheese
• 1 clove garlic, minced
• 1 tsp chili flakes
• ½ tsp paprika
• 1 tbsp yogurt or sour cream

Method:

1. Mash cheese with garlic until smooth.
2. Add chili flakes, paprika, and yogurt.
3. Mix until creamy and well blended.
4. Chill for 30 minutes before serving with bread or meats.
