

Kajmak
Kajmak is a rich, buttery dairy spread β something between clotted cream and soft cheese β commonly served with grilled meats or warm bread.
Ingredients:
- 250 ml heavy cream
- 100 g cream cheese or ricotta
- Pinch of salt
Method:
- Whip cream until slightly thick.
- Mix in cream cheese and a pinch of salt.
- Refrigerate for a few hours to firm up.
- Serve with pljeskavica, Δevapi, or bread.
