A refreshing cold soup made with yogurt, cucumber, garlic, and dill β€” a Balkan favorite on hot summer days.

Ingredients:

  • 500 ml plain yogurt
  • 1 cucumber, finely chopped or grated
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp chopped dill
  • Salt to taste
  • Optional: crushed walnuts for garnish

Method:

  1. In a bowl, mix yogurt, cucumber, garlic, oil, and dill.
  2. Add a little cold water if too thick.
  3. Season with salt and chill for 30 minutes.
  4. Serve cold, topped with walnuts or dill.
