

Tavče Gravče
A national dish of North Macedonia, Tavče Gravče features tender white beans baked in a clay pot with paprika and onions for deep flavor.
Ingredients:
- 300 g white beans
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 red pepper, diced
- 2 tbsp oil
- 1 tsp paprika
- Salt and pepper
Method:
- Boil beans until soft, then drain.
- Sauté onion and pepper in oil, add paprika.
- Mix with beans and bake 30–40 minutes at 180°C.
- Serve hot with bread or sausages.
