

Shopska Salad
A refreshing Bulgarian salad made with tomato, cucumber, and pepper, topped generously with feta cheese. Light, crunchy, and perfect with grilled meats. Itβs considered Bulgariaβs national salad.
Ingredients (2 servings):
- 2 ripe tomatoes, diced
- 1 cucumber, diced
- 1 roasted/fresh green pepper
- 100 g feta cheese, grated
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- Pinch of salt
Method:
- Dice vegetables and place in a bowl.
- Season with salt, olive oil, and vinegar.
- Top with a mountain of grated feta. Serve cold.
