

A refreshing cold soup made with yogurt, cucumber, garlic, and dill β a Balkan favorite on hot summer days.
Ingredients:
- 500 ml plain yogurt
- 1 cucumber, finely chopped or grated
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp chopped dill
- Salt to taste
- Optional: crushed walnuts for garnish
Method:
- In a bowl, mix yogurt, cucumber, garlic, oil, and dill.
- Add a little cold water if too thick.
- Season with salt and chill for 30 minutes.
- Serve cold, topped with walnuts or dill.
