

Kebapi na Žaru
Kebapi are juicy skewered pieces of marinated meat, grilled over charcoal for a smoky aroma — a Balkan-style kebab.
Ingredients:
- 500 g lamb or chicken cubes
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp paprika, garlic powder, salt, pepper
Method:
- Marinate meat for at least 2 hours.
- Thread onto skewers.
- Grill 4–5 minutes per side.
- Serve with flatbread, onions, and ajvar.
