

Kačamak
Kačamak is a simple yet comforting cornmeal porridge, often compared to polenta, served with butter, cheese, or kajmak.
Ingredients:
- 1 cup cornmeal
- 3 cups water
- Salt
- 2 tbsp butter
- 100 g feta or kajmak
Method:
- Bring salted water to boil.
- Gradually stir in cornmeal, whisking constantly.
- Cook until thick and creamy.
- Stir in butter and cheese.
- Serve warm.
