

Japrak
Japrak are grape leaves stuffed with a savory rice and meat mixture, cooked until tender. Theyβre similar to dolma and often served with lemon or yogurt.
Ingredients:
- 30 grape leaves
- 300 g minced meat
- 100 g rice
- 1 onion, minced
- Lemon juice, salt, pepper
Method:
- Mix meat, rice, onion, and spices.
- Place a spoonful on each leaf, roll tightly.
- Arrange in a pot, cover with water and lemon juice.
- Simmer for 45β60 minutes.
- Serve warm or cold.
