

A traditional Bosnian chicken and okra soup enriched with cream and egg yolk — elegant, silky, and full of flavor.
Ingredients:
- 200 g chicken meat
- 1 carrot, diced
- 1 small zucchini, diced
- 6–8 pieces okra (fresh or dried)
- 1 tbsp flour
- 1 egg yolk
- 100 ml cream
- Salt, pepper, lemon juice
Method:
- Boil chicken, carrot, zucchini, and okra in 1 L water until tender.
- Remove chicken, shred, and return to pot.
- Whisk flour, yolk, and cream; stir into soup.
- Simmer 10 minutes more, season, and finish with a squeeze of lemon.
